We have a successful online presence through our London Student  brand  which we back up with extensive advertising and  an “on campus” presence every year at the two main student housing fairs in London.

The Manor House area is now so popular with students, that by January (before the start of any forthcoming academic year in August) we usually already have over 300 individual students registered with us. By July we will usually have  been contacted by over 1500 individual students looking for help  and advice with their student housing needs.

Students then continue to ask us to help them find housing in North London right up until as late as the end of September, and then in October students start to register again  for the next academic year!

Because we start our own viewings as early as December January and February for students looking to move into their housing in August and September, our own student housing (and housing belonging to the landlords with whom we already work) will almost certainly all be fully subscribed and booked by March and it is unlikely we will have any housing from these sources left by June for the academic year starting the following August.

Such is the demand from students that we are now  inviting student landlords in North London to contact us on a confidential basis for an assessment of their portfolio.
