The Grand Parade Victorian shopping parade along the length of  Green Lanes is unique in North London  in still being almost entirely dominated by  private retailers, and in having little or no empty frontage, as these shops are busy and always open for business!   These local shops provide a unique and cosmopolitan shopping experience you are unlikely to find elsewhere.

Students at all London universities are attracted  to live in  Manor House by the style of the Victorian and Edwardian houses which are ideal for shared student living in groups of 5 or 6 and  the convenient transport links into central London.
